My family and I ate at Husk on our first night in Charleston, South Carolina. It definitely was an amazing introduction to Lowcountry food. The tuna Crudo was amazing. The sauce was delicious and had just the right touch of flavor, chili, oil, and complexity. Wife and I had the short rib which was very good. My son had the swordfish, which had a interesting smoky sauce. Ambience is very nice and service was impeccable. Great dinner!

You never know what to expect at HUSK! Everything is locally sourced and farm to table. The menu changes weekly and the expertly crafted dishes are perfect for a highly developed palate. The indoor and outdoor environment are also aesthetically pleasing. All fit for a queen (pun intended) as it's located on Queen street. Definitely one of Charleston's best. Be sure to make reservations well in advance of your visit as it can have a several week or month wait.

Had a fabulous Mother's Day Brunch! There were 4 of us. We all enjoyed ourselves! Great food, great service! The shrimp and grits were soooo good! Loved the Deviled Eggs. Oh and the Dutch Baby.. you have to try it! The place is so charming! Can't wait to get back to Charleston!

Husk was really good we honestly tried one of everything! My favorite started was the peach tomato salad that was very yummy. I feel like the entries were a little limited there was 6 of us and we all went for the short rib if that says anything. I don't recommend the collard greens but the grits are amazinggg and the corn bread was great too
